Bench sucked. Since I kind of missed the last rep from last week's session, I should have gone back to 185lb with the same rep scheme and do a couple more sets at lower reps instead. I also didn't split up the bench session with the deadlift and squat session like I did last week. Benching heavy and then jump right into deadlift is not fun at all... My back was definitely feeling it. Lesson learned!

On the other hand deadlift and squat fell pretty good. Especially the squats. Given that I managed to finish this higher volume squat session right after a bunch of heavy deadlifts, I'm pretty happy with it. The upside is I finished strong. I'll probably hit another bench session to make up the volume I missed today.
