What?

There is a 6 week program at /r/100pushups that aims for... you guessed it, 100 push ups after six weeks of training. I am going to attempt this program, and everyone is welcome to join and report their progress!

How?

Report your progress! Did you manage to breeze through your week? Was it hard? Are you feeling better? Worse? Say it!

This streak will last eight weeks, with Week 1 being the Initial Test, Weeks 2-7 with increasing exercise, and Week 8 with the Final Test. In my case, since I'm doing the Initial Test on the starting day and then exercising Mon-Wed-Fri, I'll have one extra week.

Who?

Me. You? Us! Let's move!

I was supposed to start on the monday, but ended up doing it on tuesday, then thursday. I missed saturday, so I'm going to re-do week #1!

Also, I'm doing the 200 Situps Challenge too. This one is easier for me, since I can do around 30~40 pushups nonstop already, but I want to improve!

I managed to make about 10 pushups on the initial test.

...on knees. Noodly arms, yup.

My wrists hurt a bit, so I'll probably start doing it on my knuckles on monday to see how I fare.
