you will do 3 variations of squats with weight that you can only do 6 reps with. The squats can be any type. However, the squats have to change from one day to another. Here is the squat sequence I will be doing if you want to do this one.
Monday-squat, curtsy, overhead
Tuesday-single leg, side, kneeling
Wednesday-goblet, pistol, hack
Thursday- squat jump, sumo squat on toes, squat pulse
Friday-frogged jumps, eagle, Bulgarian split
Saturday-squat jacks, figure four squat, plie
Sunday-squat to ground, squat walk, squat knee raise
