The point of this streak is to roast coffee every week and share the results. Please share the type of beans roasted, the roast level and the roaster used. Tasting notes are bonus!
I was gifted a pound of Maui Mokka beans and roasted about half of the pack today (230g). I went to about a full city roast and the results are superb! I'll probably do the other 1/2 next week at a lighter roast to compare. Roasted with my gene cafe roaster.
