I was gifted a pound of Maui Mokka beans and roasted about half of the pack today (230g). I went to about a full city roast and the results are superb! I'll probably do the other 1/2 next week at a lighter roast to compare. Roasted with my gene cafe roaster.

The phrase that means "every day" is 「まいにち」(mai-nichi). It is used at the beginning of a sentence, for example:

"I drink beer every day." is "mai-nichi, biru-o nomimasu" -「まいにち、ビールを　のみます」
