Today I had a meeting with my teachers to make sure that my ideas would work for this part of the course and it was approved. The main points of my project will be:
It uses Live2D, optionally Euclid if I get time over
I will attempt to make a book with parts that are enhanced in AR
I won't have time to make an advanced and fleshed out story, so it will simply be a cute small thing about the character becoming sentient and coming to life on the paper
If possible I want to avoid making a separate app for users to have to download but this might not be feasible for me in such a short time and limited (read: no) budget, so if I can't make it work as a web application I'll make it a mobile app for Android.
