Los empleados tendran un nivel de lealtad, entre más rango tengan en la empresa más lealtad tendrán y si los encuentran como infiltrado en otra empresa será más difícil sacarle información; Sin embargo esto no quiere decir que una empresa externa no podra hacer un contrato tan bueno como para que tu mano derecha se vaya de tu empresa.
