Squat form was all out of wack today... I really don't like squating in the morning expecially during cold weather. On top of that my left knee have been bothering me. It made the work out that much harder... Some of these "pause" squats were hardly paused and last set had depth issues as I was playing around with hip position coming out of the hole.

Finished off deadlift session at night. They felt pretty good even though my right knee is still bothering me.
