Bench felt really good today, I started out hitting 195lb x 4 accidentally. It felt a bit heavier than expected, but I squeezed out 4 reps relatively easily. Deadlift feels heavy as usual... Squat started out pretty slow, but as I get into the working set, things turned better. Ended up doing 10 reps on my last set. It wasn't the fastest, but I'll take it. No recording for squat tonight.
