I was very worry about my squat coming into this session because last Friday's squat session went horribly. Even though my form is still not quite there, over all, the session went a lot better. I did have a slight pinch on my lower right back at one point during the first set of 225lbx8. After a foam-rolled for a few minutes, it went away.

Bench went pretty well. Deadlifts were still slow, but I grind through it. I didn't record anything for deadlift today. Just stayed focused on finishing the session.

I didn't increase the volumes for deadlift and squat this week, given how tiring it felt last week. So, far things didn't feel as back this week. Maybe my body is adapting to the volume. Let see how I feel later this week…
