Today, I decided to do squat first in the morning. The session went terribly. Back rounded and couldn't even hit depth on most of the reps. I think I even ended up tweaking my lower back little. Still, I pushed through it. I really thought about skipping the deadlift session tonight. I thought there was no way I could pull 315lb for reps… But good thing I didn't because the bar just flew up. Even though it was supposed to be a hypertrophy session, it felt even better than my speed work w/ 295lb in the morning. I think morning session are just bad for me. Maybe I don't have enough food in me. Anyways, bench also went pretty smoothly. 165lb felt pretty light. Now, I need to let my back recover and see if I can fix my horrible good morning high bar squat…
