175 x 4 trying to finish the volume, but was too tired...
Today was not a good day... Feeling super tired coming into this workout... Then, I missed the bench sets that I wanted to hit (175x8x5 followed by 175x5x2)… AND, I forgot I needed to do a 6th set of deadlift @295lb… Squat was a mixed bag: 265lb started out super heavy then it got better as I refused to quit… I think some of the reps have serious depth issues… It's a good thing to film myself and see what I have to adjust from set to set. But, it's pretty tough to pay close attention when you're in the gym for so long and you're super exhausted. I'll live to grind another day.
