Even though I was pretty tired today, deadlift actually didn't feel as bad as last week's. This could be because I split up the bench session from the squat and deadlift sessions, or it could be I had my protein shake and I took longer breaks between sets. Either way, I'm pretty glad I finished strong this week. Can't wait for deload next week!
