Dup week 3 starts today. I broke up today's workout into 2 sessions. Morning was bench only. Deadlift & squat was at night. Even though it was a wise decision to split up the workout in two, it was still pretty brutal. I most didn't finish the last deadlift set. But, I managed to muscle up some energy and pushed it through. Form was actually ok, given how tired I was. 335x5x5 is, technically, a volume PR for me. I had never managed to hit 335x5 for more than 3 sets if I remembered correctly.

Around the 4th set of my deadlift, I felt some knee pain on my left leg. It carried over to my squat session. I had to position my left foot carefully to avoid the pain. Given how tough the deadlifts were, doing 5 sets of 10 squats were just as demanding. My squat forms were pretty questionable, especially during the last few reps of each set. I was a bit surprised how much tougher it'd be to jump from 8 to 10 reps. Anyways, I still managed to pushed through two sessions. Feeling pretty good.

I think I might have missed one 185x4 set on bench. I'll make it up tomorrow (won't be counting that) when I do my second session on bench.
