I felt extremely tired to day. Bench felt heavy. I played around with the speed of the bar during the negatives. I was trying to have a slight slower and more controlled descent. I think this will help strengthen my muscle over time and hopefully help me push through my plateau @ 205lb.

Squat moved pretty slowly as well. I just ended up matching the what the program calls for (225lbx6x5) and that's it. Gave up on the AMRAP for the last set to conserve energy for the up coming deadlift hell…

Deadlifts were brutal. For the death of me, I couldn't keep my upper back tight enough to prevent it from rounding… Still got some problems with hip shooting up first. Even though the speed moved ok, I still need to work on the form under heavier load and when I'm fatigued. After the last set, I almost passed out. DUP is not a joke…
