Based on denver the last dinosaur. I realize Im not 100% sure what a kickflip looks like

ampelosauruses were unknown when i was a kid. they are sauropods with bony armour. i thought i'd play with the "armour" idea, so it ended up with a helmet and boots. i think i made the human too big—just say it's a young ampelosaurus in training for patrol.

i've been sick. time to start my catch-up.

edmontosaurus representin' edmonton

another quick sketchy entry. Sinosauropteryx was the first dinosaur fossil discovered with evidence of feathers. also realizing now that the tail is not nearly long enough.

Bah! Late by a few minutes for Dino #5! Whatever. Another quickie. Oviraptor is not impressed with its Egg McMuffin.

today i learned that quetzalcoatlus had a huge head, and probably ate small children.

The first of my #DailyDinos comes with a childhood confession: I was SO OBSESSED with dinosaurs as a kid that I was convinced many of my favourite Disney films (particularly Aladdin) would be vastly improved if the characters were all anthropomorphic dinosaurs. I went so far as to specifically reimagine Aladdin himself as an Anatotitan.

The cherry on top: At the age of five, I recall asking my mother if there was a way I could reanimate portions of the movie myself to turn the characters into dinosaurs. She said no. :D;

What better choice for the third of my #DailyDinos than the classic Triceratops? He's pissed that someone drew a number on him...

First dino drawing! Had to do a T-rex (and plan to finish with one too!) Not much to say about it, other than I will try harder next time =__= whomp whomp

by request. my research tells me that the only known dubreuillosaurus specimen is a juvenile. it has a long snout, long feet, and wears striped socks. it also plays video games, as shown here.

unfinished sketch of two Deinocheirus arm-wrestling, with a human officiating.

for decades, all we knew about the Deinocheirus were its arms, the only part of its skeleton that had been found, hence this arm-wrestling sketch :P only recently have more complete skeletons been discovered.

I've been backlogged! Here's my Diplodocus, Eoraptor, and Iguanodon to make up for it!!

For Eoraptor: its name literally means "Dawn Thief From The Lunar Valley", so I thought I'd play with that image. And please someone get the reference via Iguanodon. :P

Apparently in 1985 some Maiasaura bones went sent into space. Maiasauras built huge nests and seemed to be the helicopter moms of dinos! Wouldn't want to leave the kids behind on a trip to space.

I'll make for yesterday eventually! Only time to manage one dino today - have a Gallimimus! :D

Dino number four. The Spinophorosaurus is pretty unique with its spikey scaled skin!

so i googled "vampire dinosaur" and it turns out that Pegomastax africanus has been given this nickname, due to its weird teeth and beak. it was actually quite small, and probably an herbivore! here's my rendition.

since it's family day here in ontario, and presidents' day in the united states, i did a quick sketch of a family of presidents. you can tell they're presidents because they're wearing top hats.
