I learned a new technique for approaching colored work in Leonardo today! In order to keep shading quick, I lay down my flats after making lines. I take my flats layer and duplicate it, adjusting the color to create my shadows. I then make a new layer under the shadow layer and make the shadow layer a clipping mask - then I can draw in my shadows where I want them. Leonardo doesn't have masking the same way as Clip or Photoshop, so this gets me the same result! Not only that, but I can stream Leonardo work even if I am using the transparent window function for inking!

I'm pretty hyped about it, as you can see.
