I'm also doing weekly beats and it would be nice to submit here when I'm done submitting there, but the start time is a few hours ahead here. Maybe we can move it forward like 4 hours? (note that would also move the deadlines forward 4 hours). Tell me what you think.
Edit: the other option is that we start it a week earlier but that might be a bit unfair to those who already joined.

Since the streak has already started moving the start time seems unreasonable, but if I understand the issue correctly would increasing the rollover hour by 4 hours solve your predicament?
I think making due time at 0 UTC will allow anyone doing weekly beats to submit after they submit their weekly beat without having to wait a few hours. If anyone finishes earlier in the week though then they would be offset, but there's only so much we can do!
