Week 4 of the DUP program starts today. This week is a deload week. So, cutting everything from 5 sets to 3.

Day 1 of Block 2 of my DUP program. This block will put more focus on strength. So more sets with less reps.

#Bench

  • 135x5x2

  • 192x2x8 strength, all sets were with slingshot compression cuff

#Deadlift

#Squat

This workout was quite brutal... Since I was in the gym from 3-6pm, it was packed. I didn't even bother to film anything. The workout still took 3 hours and I'm exhausted. Bench went well, though the last set was kind of a grinder. Deadlift was pretty slow, but I still managed to complete the sets without too much rouble. Squat was the toughest,since it was the last exercise of the day.
